DIRECTIONS
Darby Downs' is convenient to Pittsburgh and the Eastern Suburbs, including Squirrel Hill, Penn Hills, Monroeville,
Murrysville/Export, White Oak, North Huntingdon, Level Green, Harrison City and many others.
From Pittsburgh:
Take Parkway East until it ends (stay in right hand lane). Parkway will then turn into Route 22 East (towards Murrysville). Stay on Route 22 Approx.
5 Miles and at the intersection with McDonalds on your Left make a Right onto Trafford Road.
At the Y in the road keep bearing to your Left – This Turns into
Pleasant Valley Road.
you will begin to see the Turnpike on your right. After passing small business park area, look for a yellow blinking sign on your right (truck entrance ahead).
Just after this sign you will go up over a small knoll (small cemetery on your left) and turn right onto the bridge crossing over the Turnpike -
Harvison Road. Follow Harvison Road, it only goes about a mile. At the Stop Sign at the End of Harvison Road Go Straight Across. This will
put you onto Paintertown Road. ***Follow Paintertown Road approx. 2.5 miles. As you follow the road to the left and up the hill you will see a Church
on your left and a small school on your right (our riding arena is right next to the school) – start to slow down. As you come over the crest of the hill
you should see our sign in the yard. Make the next right turn onto Tray Road and the House and Stable are directly on your right hand side.
Travel Time Approximately 20 - 30 minutes depending upon traffic.
***If Arriving with a Large Gooseneck Trailer Please Follow This Addendum to the Directions.
Continue on Pleasant Valley Road to a stop light (Eckerds Drug Store on your left). Make the Right Hand turn onto Route 130. Proceed on Route 130
for approx. 1-1.5 miles. You will pass a Nursery/Landscaping Company on your Right the road will begin to take a few good twists & you will start going
down a small hill at the bottom of which is Pleasant Valley Plaza - Make the Left Hand turn onto Paintertown Road. Return to directions above from
Paintertown Road.
From Monroeville:
Take Haymaker Road Past Forbes Hospital. Make a left onto Saunders Station Road. Follow Saunders Station Road down steep hill and over railroad
tracks and make the next left onto Meadowbrook. At stop sign proceed straight onto Meadowbrook. At second stop cotinue straight and at third stop
sign make a Left onto Rte. 130. Follow Rte. 130 approximately 1.5 miles and make Right onto Paintertown Road (Pleasant Valley Plaza will be
on your left). Follow Paintertown Road approx. 2.5 miles. As you follow the road to the left and up the hill you will see a Church on your left and a
small school on your right (our riding arena is right next to the school) – start to slow down. As you come over the crest of the hill you should see our
sign in the yard. Make the next right turn onto Tray Road and the House and Stable are directly on your right hand side.
Travel Time Approximately 10 - 15 minutes depending upon traffic.
From Murrysville:
At McDonalds Intersection on Rte. 22 Turn Right onto Trafford Road. Keep following road to the left and proceed on Pleasant Valley Road.
***Follow Pleasant Valley Road approximately 3.5 miles until business park area (will see Turnpike to your right). Turn Right onto Harvison Road
(cemetery on your left and red brick house on right). Stay on Harvison approximately 1 mile until it comes to four way intersection. Go straight at
intersection and road is now Paintertown Road. ***Follow Paintertown Road approximately 2 miles and it will take a sharp left hook at Irwin Country
Club Golf Course (on your right). Follow Paintertown Road up hill to the Left and as you crest over the top of the hill you will see our sign. Make the
next Right onto Tray Road and we are directly on your Right.

From Rte. 130:
Follow Rte. 130 towards Harrison City. Make a right onto Paintertown Road (Pleasant Valley Plaza Supply on your left). Follow Paintertown Road
approximately 2 miles and it will take a sharp left hook at Irwin Country Club Golf Course (on your right). Follow Paintertown Road up hill to the Left
and as you crest over the top of the hill you will see our sign. Make the next Right onto Tray Road and we are directly on your Right.
Travel Time Approximately 2 minutes off Rte. 130.
From North Huntingdon on Route 30:
At
Stoplight at Hamilton Buick on Rte. 30 Bear Off to the Left Onto Pennsylvania
Avenue.
At Sunoco Station Get In Left Hand Lane and Make Left Hand Turn Onto Oak
Street.
At the Next Stop Sign
(Post Office Directly in Front of You) Make a Right Hand Turn.
Trestle Make a Right Hand Turn onto Paintertown Road.

From Rte. 30 Greensburg:
Take Route 30 Towards Pittsburgh. Follow sign for Irwin Business District (MarWin Bridle Shop on Your Right). At Second Stop Sign Make a Left Turn
onto
Pennsylvania Avenue. Go Approximately 200 Yards to Sunoco Station on Right and Make a Right onto Oak Street.
Fifth Stop Sign Make a Left Hand Turn.
